Directions
From the West
Take Northern State Parkway to the end. At this point the Northern State Parkway merges with Veterans Memorial Highway (Rt. 454). Go to the second traffic light and make a left Old Willetts Path.
Travel north until Old Willetts Path intersects Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike). Make a right turn onto to Jericho Turnpike. Pass under the railroad trestle to the first traffic light where Route 25 and Route 25A intersect. The statue of the Smithtown Bull will be on your left. Make a left turn around the statue onto Route 25A.
Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn into the Medical Center. Travel to the top of the hill. The Nursing Home is the building to your right.
From the East
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) to Exit 57 Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454) at exit ramp make a right turn onto Veterans Memorial Highway. Travel ΒΌ mile and make a right turn onto Route 111 (North).
Travel north on Route 111 until Route 25 (Main Street) in Smithtown intersects Route 111. Make a left turn onto Main Street and travel through the town to the statue of the Smithtown Bull, where 25 and 25A intersect. At the statue of the Smithtown Bull, bear right onto 25A.
Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn into the Medical Center. Travel to the top of the hill. The Nursing Home is the building to your right. |
